I’ve been doing some experimenting with Gin Fizzes - and my favorite right now is a Pear Gin Fizz made with Belle de Brillet pear cognac and Caledonia Spirits Barr Hill Gin, sweetened with raw honey from Vermont.
It’s sweet and creamy, a decadent pear dessert in a glass.
